I love your puppy. I have one too! She is 5 weeks old. I am an Army wife living in Korea. We have done our deployment and i'm grateful for being here. My sister is dealing with her hubby's second deployment and 3 weeks before coming home his unit was extended. Thanks to the great FRG she has at Ft. Drum, the wives are going to make it. Stay involved, involved is informed. It makes me proud to see wives hanging in there. We are an impotant part of the Army team. I can totally relate to your countdown, i've been there way to many times in my life. I dont think it ever gets easier though. Keep the smile and stay upbeat. Best wishes

My husbands FRG is ran by the soldiers. I have been told that this is unusual, but it works for us and I really like our FRG. A lot of our fundraising money is made by PT buyouts and casual dress days, but we also do fun things like Haunted Houses. I would say that FRGs do get bad raps a lot of the time, but it is just like anything else- The poor few ruin it for everyone.
