I had to go in to renew my decal for my car today. I just love those official visits when you get to wait for what seems like an eternity! And even though I always take all of my documentation with me, there's just never any guarantee with the Army that you'll have what they "need".
When I finally made it to the desk, I handed over my registration, insurance card, military ID and driver's license. She entered all of the information and then got to my hair color. She says well, you're definitely not blonde. Well, duh! So she changes it to brown. Then she looks at my driver's license where it also says I'm blonde (and was in the picture) and says "I don't know how it is in Georgia but where I'm from, if you lie about your hair color, you get fined". Um, WHAT?!
It's pretty obvious in my driver's license picture that I did have blonde hair at that time. And I don't remember the people at the DMV giving me the choice for hair color - they looked at me and typed in blonde hair, blue eyes. Am I suppose to get a new driver's license because I colored my hair? Can you imagine? Some people would be in there every month, if not more often.
I'd have to rank that conversation right up there with the one where the guard at the gate late one night asked me if I believe in ghosts...I kid you not. I was like why? Can you see one in my car right now or something?! lol
Some people just really make me wonder! :-)
hahahaha Things that make ya go hummmmmmmmmmm

LOL, some people..
getting fined for lying about your hair color?! If that is the case, they should make a killing on all the people that put fake weights on their licenses as well! hahaha
